Agustin Belmontez Jr.

President/Owner

The president and founder of Belmontez Construction, Agustin has over 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction management. He began his career in the trades, working his way up from a carpenter to founding his own company, ABA Remodeling, from 2001 to 2004. He later became a partner at Mira Bella Builders from 2004 to 2015 before establishing Belmontez Construction.



Agustin’s integrity, work ethic, and devotion to excellence are evident in every project he has been involved with.

Monica Belmontez

Owner

Monica brings years of construction and business development experience alongside Agustin. Since 2001, when they founded their construction company, they have worked together to develop and implement growth opportunities within their company and with other organizations.


Monica is a versatile professional with expertise in new business development, sales, and marketing. She brings a touch of pizzazz, determination, and passion to everything we do at Belmontez Construction, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Trisha Corona

Project Coordinator

Trisha Corona is a seasoned Project Coordinator with six years of experience. With her expertise in managing a variety of projects, Trisha has proven herself to be a valuable asset to the Belmontez team. She brings a wealth of knowledge in office management and accounting, which she applies to ensure all projects are managed efficiently and effectively.


Trisha is particularly passionate about the construction industry and takes pride in overseeing projects from start to finish. Andy Belmontez

Project Manager

Andy Belmontez is a passionate and skilled leader in the construction industry. He began his journey with our company at a young age, spending his summers lending a helping hand. From there, his passion for the industry grew, and he quickly established himself as an invaluable member of the team.


By the age of 19, Andy took the reins of our company's concrete division, showcasing his leadership abilities and exceptional work ethic. Over the years, he has successfully managed numerous challenging projects, including the construction of new developments and concrete work for communities across Arizona.


With a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Andy strives for perfection in every aspect of his work. His passion for beautiful concrete shines through in the stunning, long-lasting structures he creates—structures that stand the test of time.

Juan Belmontez

Project Manager

Juan Belmontez is a seasoned professional in the construction industry. He began his career in commercial electrical work in 2001 and has since taken on various roles, including machinery operator, superintendent, and project manager.


With extensive experience, Juan has worked on several notable projects, including overseeing electrical work for the IRS building in Mesa, Value Options Health, and Subway. He has also developed expertise in material purchasing and acquisition for commercial electrical projects.


Juan’s passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget is evident in his attention to detail and leadership skills. He is a valuable asset to our team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our construction company.

Nora Rivera

Accounting

With 20 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, Nora is a skilled accountant adept at managing multiple projects. She provides prompt responses to financial inquiries from both internal management and current clients.


Nora is proficient in accounts payable and receivable, job costing, regulatory reporting, and tax accounting. Over the course of her career, she has gained extensive knowledge of various accounting software and processes.
