By the age of 19, Andy took the reins of the concrete division of our company, demonstrating his leadership abilities and exceptional work ethic. Over the years, Andy has taken on numerous challenging projects, including the construction of new developments and the concrete for new communities around Arizona.

With a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Andy strives for perfection in every aspect of his work. He has a particular love for beautiful concrete, relishing the opportunity to create stunning, long-lasting structures that stand the test of time.

Juan Belmontez, a seasoned professional in the construction industry. Juan started his career in commercial electrical in 2001 and has since taken on various roles such as machinery operator, superintendent, and project management.

With his extensive experience, Juan has worked on several notable projects including running electrical projects for the IRS building in Mesa, Value Options Health, and Subway. He has also gained experience in material purchasing and acquisition for commercial electrical work.

With 20 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, Nora is a capable accountant who is successful at managing multiple projects by supplying quick responses to any financial inquiries from internal management as well as from current clients. She is proficient in Accounts Payables & Receivables, Job Costing, Regulatory Reporting, and Tax Accounting. Throughout her career, Nora has gained extensive knowledge in various accounting software and processes.
